Purchase Agreement

I hereby agree to the fee of $650 for Young Life's Field Events department to create and support a payment/ registration/auction site for our mission unit. This software includes mobile accessibility, self-check-in, self check-out, mobile & paper bidding, simple catalog management, and custom ticket sales.

I, the undersigned, agree to the terms above.

PCI Compliance Agreement (All are required)

My area will invite my attendees to Self Check-in and vault credit card information prior to the event.
If attendees do not Self Check-In and vault credit card information ahead of the event, they will be invited to do so at the door by using their own device (phone/tablet).
If attendees choose not to vault their credit card information using the Self Check-in process, they will have the option to provide credit card information during Self Check-out.
If customer does not wish to pay by credit card, the area will provide an offline payment option (cash/check).
At no point will any Young Life staff/volunteers touch attendees’ credit cards or enter in payment information on an attendee’s behalf.
I will reach out to the Young Life Help Desk with any questions concerning these standards.
